Organic Nettle, Organic Eyebright, Organic Golden Rod & Organic Elderflower petals.
50g – Average 50-60 cups of tea

Where possible we source our ingredients from local organic grower/suppliers.
Brewing Tips:
- Brew for 3-5 mins .\
- Re-Brew Capabilities depend on how long you brew but on average you can get at least 2 cups from one Tea Bag or 2 Teaspoons of Loose Leaf
- Take first thing in the morning and evening. You can take it anytime really, it takes lovely and it’s caffeine free

I first discovered this tea at a makers market in St Andrews this summer. I suffer from Hayfever and in particular, dry, itchy eyes. I bought a sample pack, and I admit with a certain degree of scepticism, gave it a go. After a few days I noticed a big difference and ordered the full size product. I will definitely be using this every summer and have recommended it to fellow Hayfever sufferers. The elderflower gives the tea a lovely taste and the other ingredients eased the irritation in my eyes.
