Brewing Tips:
- Japanese Green Teas often require colder water and shorter brewing times .
- Longer brewing times and hotter water can scold the leaves and cause bitter flavours
- We could give temperatures but we don’t know anybody with thermometers by the kettle, so boil the kettle and leave for a minute then brew away ( About 2-3 mins ).
- For Loose Leaf Tea use about 2 Teaspoons ( Dependent on how strong you like your Tea )
- Re-Brew Capabilities depend on how long you brew but on average you can get at least 2 cups from one Tea Bag or 2 Teaspoons of Loose Leaf.
